The Property

This comprises two self contained villas, with a common entrance that can be used separately or combined to make one large villa.

The villas are situated on a small exclusive complex on the north west of the island on Dickenson Bay, 6 miles from Antigua's VC Bird international airport.

Detail

The fully air conditioned lounge/diner with kitchen area opens out onto an extensive patio with a view of the sea beyond. The fitted kitchen includes a fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. A passageway from the lounge leads to a tiled bathroom with wc, shower/bath and basin and also to a double room with built in storage.

Outside, the gardens are planted with Bougainvillea and other attractive shrubs and is enclosed by a low picket fence. A path leads to the beach.

The first floor apartment is reached from the shared entrance hall to an open plan lounge/diner with kitchen area. Patio doors lead onto a wide balcony with views of Dickenson Bay. As with the ground floor, a passageway leads to a double bedroom with built in storage and a bathroom/wc.
